Nashville Star Premieres Monday June 9

Season 6 of Nashville Star begins on Monday June 9 at 9 PM ET/PT with a two hour episode, and will feature 90-minute live episodes thereafter. The competition opens the doors for talent age 16 and older and welcomes not only solo artists, but also duos and trios. The winner or winners of this year's competition will receive a major recording contract with Warner Bros. Nashville and the performance opportunity of a lifetime when they take to the world's stage at the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing. Three judges will bring their unique insights and experience to the show and its contestants: singer-songwriter and acclaimed producer John Rich, multi-platinum singer-songwriter and three-time Grammy nominee Jewel, and BMI Songwriter of the Year (2006) Jeffrey Steele. Billy Ray Cyrus will will host.

America's Got Talent Premieres Tuesday June 17

America's Got Talent will premiere Tuesday, June 17 at 9PM ET/PT moving up one week from its previously announced premiere date. Following the June 17 premiere, another two-hour episode will air Tuesday, June 24 as well as Tuesday, July 1. One hour episodes will follow beginning July 8 at 9 PM ET/PT. The series will take a brief hiatus during the Summer Olympics and return with performance episodes on August 26 at 9 PM ET/PT and results shows starting August 27 at 8 PM ET/PT.

A colorful array of hopeful stars, including singers, dancers, comedians, contortionists, impressionists jugglers, magicians and ventriloquists of all ages strut and perform on stage in front of celebrity judges David Hasselhoff, Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne. New this season, thousands of people have been invited to attend the audition tapings at some of the largest theaters in the country, where they will judge the acts along with the show's judges, giving America a voice right from the beginning of the competition. Jerry Springer will host.

Big Brother 10 Returns Sunday July 13

CBS has announced that the tenth season of Big Brother USA will premiere on Sunday, July 13 at 8PM ET/PT. Following the debut, Big Brother will be broadcast three times a week, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings. Tuesday night episodes will air at 9PM ET/PT beginning July 15, and Wednesday night episodes will feature live evictions at 8PM ET/PT. Julie Chen will host.
